Important Information

• Return Period: 30 days from the delivery date
• Restocking Fees: None
• Refund Time: Within 10 business days
• Return Shipping Costs: Paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error. As stated in our terms and conditions and on our website, all orders are shipped from Asia to the customer. In case of a return, the customer is also responsible for sending the item back to our central warehouse in Asia. Return shipping costs typically range from €20 to €40, depending on the size of the package.

How to Start a Return

Packing & Shipping:

• Ensure the item is returned in its original condition, including packaging.
• Follow the provided return shipping instructions.

Return Conditions

Order Cancellations

• Before shipping: Contact customer service at info@sophiabaruch.ca to cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method.

Damaged on Arrival

• Inspection: Inspect the item upon delivery.
• Report Damage:
  • Contact us immediately.
  • Do not open sealed damaged products.
  • Send a description and photos of the damage.
• Solution: We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund based on your preference.

Changed Your Mind

• Conditions: Return the item within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition, with tags and packaging.
• Process: Contact customer service at info@sophiabaruch.ca to initiate the return.

Exchanges

• Process: Follow the same return process as when changing your mind. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

Wrong Product Received

• Report: Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong product.
• Solution: We will arrange the return and send the correct item at no extra cost.

Refund Information
